The Five Hundred Cavalry Boot pays tribute to the most famous cavalry charge in history. This boot was named after the "Charge of the Light Brigade". This boot has a 20” high shaft in the front and 17” high shaft in the back and a 2” stacked heel with a spur shelf. The toe is square; they are all leather, fully lined and have a full leather welt, with a thin gridded rubber “oversole” sewn over the welted leather sole. If you are concerned about the width of the boots you purchase there is one great feature that you will love about these boots, it has a removable insert. This is how it works: The boots are produced in a "D" width. Inside there is a removable, sewn together cushioned insole. When this is removed the boot becomes an almost 100% true "E" width. No comfort is lost as there is the same quality NON removable insole sewn into the bottom of the boot where the foot sits.Made in Mexico.
