This lovely Victorian style hat is trimmed with lace, taffeta fabric, feathers and silk flowers. The hat has decorative cording around the 4" brim. All hats are individually made and the arrangement of the taffeta trim may vary from one hat to another, no two are exactly a like. Flowers may vary slightly. When ordering choose color of taffeta trim only. Hat base will be Black. 100% wool. One size.
