Shopping
|
Shopping at wwmerc.com is easy. As you browse our site, you may place items in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the
"Add to Wagon" button below the product picture. Click on
the "Details" button if you would like to see more information on the product,
such as a detailed description, larger photo, and coordinating items. In the event that
the item is out of stock, we will backorder the item for you. This means we will keep the order on your record and it will be sent to you without any additional shipping charges when it becomes available. All backorder items are shipped via UPS Ground Track.
We will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship your order.

Shopping Cart or Wagon Functionality
|
- To adjust the quantity, simply enter the new quantity over the old quantity and click the "Recalculate" button.
- To delete an item from your Wagon, simply click the trash can
icon next to the Qty. box for that item.
- The subtotal for the items you have selected is listed below the list in your
cart.
- For a Shipping Quote enter your zip code and country and
click the "Shipping Quote" button.
- To continue shopping, click the "Back to Shopping" button or select the product category that you want to see.
- To view your Wagon or check out, click the "View
Wagon" or "Buy" links at the top of the
page.
- Wagon Summary: There is a Wagon summary
located at the top of every page. With a quick glance you can
see how many items you have in your wagon and your subtotal. You
can also click the "Edit" link from there to view your
Wagon, and
the "Buy Now" link to check out.

Checking Out
|
- You will be asked to log in or register on the website. If you
were emailed a username and password from wwmerc.com you would
enter it here.
- Follow the steps for checking out.

| My Account

Click on the "My Account" button located at the top of
your page to check the status of your
order, change your password, and update your registration info.
|

Coupon/Buckaroo Code
|
|
wwmerc.com's coupons/buckaroos are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. wwmerc.com's coupons/buckaroos are valid for online purchases only. All requirements must be met to receive coupon/buckaroo rewards or discounts. Only one coupon/buckaroo may be used per order.
To use your coupon/buckaroo, at check out enter your code in the box below
the shipping options. If you have a balance remaining on your
coupon/buckaroo it will remain available until it has reached its
expiration date.

| Wanted List
|

A "Wanted List" is a list of items that you may want to
come back to buy at a later time, or you may email this list to a
friend so they may buy you something from it.

To add an item to your wanted list click the "Add to Wanted
List" button located on the details page for that item.

To view your wanted list click the "My Wanted List" button
at the top of the page. From this page you can purchase your wanted
list items, email them to a friend, or delete items that you no
longer want.

| Email a Parder
|
|
This feature allows you to email a friend about an item. The
"Email a Parder" button is located on the details page for
each item.

| Ask the Trail Boss
|
|
This feature allows you to ask Wild West Mercantile customer service
questions about an item. The "Ask the Trail Boss" button
is located on the details page for each item.
