We understand that sometimes returns are
inevitable!
If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know within 30 days of
receiving your purchase. We will give you a return
authorization number and upon receipt of the product we will
begin the process of refunding your money, or issuing a store credit.
Original shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable.
To ensure proper processing of a return you must
follow the instructions below:

Please have your order ID number available when you call in or email for a return number.
*Please allow a minimum of 30 Business Days for a refund to be
issued back to the original form of payment once the
returned items have been
processed by the returns department. We open returns in the order in which they are received. The refund amount excludes original shipping costs.
*Please allow a minimum of 12-14 Business Days for a Store Credit to be Issued once the product has been received by the returns department and
checked in. An email confirmation will be sent to you with the store credit number to be used on your next purchase. *Please Keep this email as proof of the product refund/store credit. *Store Credit amount excludes original shipping costs. *Store Credit can be used toward product and shipping. *Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.
Products must not show evidence of wear or washing and must be returned in brand new/sellable condition with the original tags attached.
A restocking fee of 15%-25% may apply to Refund for the following reasons.
*Large orders where a substantial amount of product is returned.
*Chronic / Repeat returns.
*Specialty items, Non stock items.
*Sent back with animal hair, debris or if a product has a distinct odor.
Returns are evaluated on an individual basis.
*Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Sorry we will not accept COD returns or send return call
tags.
*All Credits are subject to return shipping
charges.
*All Refused packages will incur a deduction of the return shipping cost from their refund
*Packages that are Return to Sender due to insufficient address will be responsible for return shipping cost.
*Please include a copy of the original invoice with your
return, keep the original invoice for your records.
*Package return items in a proper box / padded envelope to
prevent damage during shipping. We suggest you insure the return package. Wild
West Mercantile is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
*Boots & Hats MUST be sent back with the original product box, The product box should be put inside a proper shipping box to prevent damage.

Note: Sending a Return back lacking the proper return authorization
information will delay the process.
