Online The quickest and easiest way to place an order is online. To place an online order simply browse through our website and place items that you want in your Wagon by clicking the Add to Wagon button. When you are ready to purchase your items click Check Out at the top of the page.

DELIVERY
Unless specified otherwise, we ship UPS Ground. We try to keep all merchandise in stock and will process your order within 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipment. Therefore, if we receive your order prior to 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time on a business day (Monday-Friday) we will ship your order within the next 2 business days. If we receive your order on a Saturday or Sunday, the processing time does not begin until Monday, at which point, the order will be shipped within the next 2 business days.

Keep in mind the following when estimating your delivery time of your UPS Ground order: Delivery occurs only on business days, Monday thru Friday.

There are certain holidays that UPS does not pick up or deliver. Please view the UPS holiday shipping schedule here.

UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so USPS will be used. Rates for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO and delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may be higher.

International orders ship either as ‘USPS Priority Mail International' or 'USPS Priority Mail Express International'. Please note that currently there have been problems with the USPS quoting system, often showing a cost of $0.00 when an option isn’t available, instead of not showing at all. If this happens for you, the EXPRESS option is the only option available to you, and you will be charged the shown amount. We apologize for this confusion, and are currently working on resolving this.

If an item is out of stock, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

PAYMENT
USA We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, money orders and personal checks. Please note that orders paid for by personal checks will be held until the check clears the bank (7 to 10 days). 
Foreign We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, cash, money orders drawn on U.S. Currency.

Customs Charges: You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.

RETURN POLICY
We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are inevitable!
If you are not satisfied with a product or you need to exchange the item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We will give you a return authorization number and upon receipt of the product we will begin the process of refunding your money, replacing , or exchanging the item.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To ensure proper processing of a return or exchange you must follow the instructions below:

Please have your order ID number available when you call in or email for a return number.



*Please allow a minimum of 30 Business Days for a refund to be issued back to the original form of payment once the returned items have been
processed by the returns department. We open returns in the order in which they are received.

*Please allow a minumum 12-14 Business Days for an Exchange to be processed. 
(If you are in a hurry, we suggest that you place a new order for items you are interested in and send back the return items for a refund).  

*Products must not show evidence of wear or washing and must be returned in saleable condition with original tags attached.

A restock fee of 15%-25% may apply to an Exchange or Refunds - for chronic/repeat returns, has animal hair or debris of any kind or if a product has distinct odor; perfume, smoke etc… Each return/exchange is evaluated on an individual basis. Note - scuffed soles on boots is not saleable condition. We recommend trying the boots out on carpet.

*Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Sorry we will not accept COD returns or send return call tags.

*All Credits & Exchanges are subject to return shipping charges. Unless specified the shipping cost would be charged to the original credit card submitted with the order. To pay by check/money order, please see the website or call the store for cost.

*Please include a copy of the original invoice with your return, keep the original invoice for your records.
*All packages should be mailed back to our store in Mesa, AZ.

*Package return items in a proper box / padded envelope to prevent damage during shipping. We suggest you insure the return package. Wild West Mercantile is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Note: Sending a Return or Exchange back lacking an Authorization Number
will delay the process.
