This lovely Victorian style hat is trimmed with lace, taffeta fabric, feathers and silk flowers. The hat has decorative cording around the 4" brim. All hats are individually made and the arrangement of the taffeta trim may vary from one hat to another, no two are exactly a like. 100% wool. One size.
